Location

Located overlooking Perth's famous Swan River, this family-friendly city hotel is just 10 minutes from the central business district of Perth and in the vicinity of historical landmarks, contemporary public art, boutique shopping and a myriad of cafés, restaurants and bars. There is a park across the road from the hotel and Perth Zoo is approximately 5 km away. The business hotel is around 12 km from Perth International Airport.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lifts and features 101 apartments. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     We recently celebrated a birthday at this hotel, and everything was absolutely magnificent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

    I had gotten a single room there , the customer service was terrible , there was a racist word spoken. I’ve had a terrible experience at this service. Not good

    All good, staff are nice. Special thanks to Mr. Sawan for his help. It is good view of my room 208 but little noisy due to highway. But other side rooms will be very quite.

    Have stayed at the Pagoda on numerous occasions. This time though will be the last. The room was old the bed was terrible. 2 beds joined together but the doona wasn’t big enough to cover us both. The $6.50 Kmart pillows were the worst. I woke up with an extremely sore neck. It’s just not worth the money anymore.

    Decline in standards

    We have stayed over many years, the decline in standards will make this our last visit. Booked a three night stay and the first night the water was swamp green, we complained about we moved rooms. Next day we had no hot water at all, packed up and ready to move to another room and told the stay checked the room and hot water was available…. I checked and no hot water it was just a lie. At 10pm we had a shower in tepid water. We were offered house wine but we don’t drink, and told at 9pm we can check out if we liked to find a new hotel. Very poor from management and poor customer service. Sad about the decline but will be booking elsewhere in future.
