    What. A. Dump.

Spent a night for here, thinking I could trust the Quality brand but it was an unacceptable stay. Staff were polite, my shower was hot, and that's where any compliments end. The hotel needs to be decommissioned. It's extremely dated, with only superficial changes made. There's no room service or efforts to partner with a food delivery service. The restaurant only does breakfast, and my toast and brewed coffee was ~$17. My room had a cooler but no evident heating, so I froze throughout the night. The room lighting was awful. And to top it all off, I could hear what was happening in a surrounding room. Do not stay here. Basic hotels in Perth are expensive but don't try to save a buck like me... invest the extra $25 per night as there are numerous substantially better options.

    Enjoyable stay

    rating13 Jan 2026

This was a relly enjoyable stay. We had what was branded as an “executive suite”. It was really big, plenty of space, comfy bed, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and bath). Room was clean and tidy but it is a bit dated, so don’t expect 2026 executive suite style. Great location close to cbd, WACA, Perth Mint, bus stops to get you almost anywhere you needed to go in the immediate area. Good restaurants within a block radius, Italian, Thai, bottle shops etc. Breakfasts were good, plentiful but a lacked a little variety if I am really picky. The staff were terrific, especially Chanda at reservations. So accomodating, helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

    Extremely disappointing. Avoid.

We ended up in this hotel because some sport event left us basically no choice. In fact it was not a surprise that some rooms ( scandalously overprice given the circumstances) were still available there as this is certainly a last choice option. As for the good points the rooms are large and the location is pretty good. For the rest the hotel is very very tired. The rooms are almost empty, no safe, no bed lighting, large bed made of two ill adjusted single ones, view on a wasteland… This hotel cannot justify its status in any way and should be completely overhauled.

Prostitute Hotel - Avoid staying if you want peace or have kids

    rating17 Nov 2025

Hotel has prostitutes operating out of it. Was on the 6th floor and could hear doors opening and closing all night long, various men coming and going to same rooms.

Has the feel of Backpackers accommodation.

Stayed 3 nights and did not like it at all. Grubby. Beds uncomfortable ( 2 singles pushed together and uneven). Could adjust the aircon. Guess you get what you pay for. Only positive was the location.
