    Bayswater Hotel is practical, convenient, and perfectly positioned for field engineers, business travellers, and anyone needing quick access to both Perth Airport and the city. A strong fit for regular corporate bookings and short operational stays.Noteworthy Details:Bayswater Train Station is directly across the road, making it extremely easy to get around. Perth Airport is only about 7 minutes away by train, so it’s perfect for travellers flying in and out. The hotel has an on-site restaurant, bar, and bottleshop, which is super convenient for meals and drinks. There’s a great Thai restaurant just a couple of doors down, plus plenty of cafés and takeaway options nearby. Ideal for work trips — reliable Wi-Fi, easy check-in, and secure parking. Staff are friendly and very accommodating; they’ve been consistently helpful with bookings and adjustments. Everything you need is within walking distance — food, transport, shops, and essentials.

    DiSGUSTING! DON’T BOTHER!!!

    Arrived after midnight and could not findour room! Chris the night manager assisted us and he was the best thing about this hotel! We walked up stairs and along corridors with our suitcases! The room stank of disgusting smelling disinfectant! Very difficult to sleep with the smell! Our room was above the pub! The curtains didn’t close well so we were woken up very early! Horrible decor! I think this Hotel would be a real problem to escape if there was a fire!! And price was astronomical!!! Should be classed as a 2 star hotel as don’t think they have 1 star ratings!!

    Rooms need a good overhaul

    Have stayed here for many years on our visits to family. We've been very happy with service and rooms, but since the pub had it's overhaul, things have gone downhill. There's now a huge playground which the pub boasts about, but the screaming, noisy children do nothing for the ambience of the rooms. Money now needs to be spent on the accommodation, to first of all, soundproof the rooms, and update the peeling paint, old bathrooms and carpets. The only good thing about staying there this time was the secure parking.

    Hotel was under renovation, the secure parking was limited and and hard to access with my Toyota Landcruiser. I am also still waiting for my mandatory deposit to be returned to my bank account after 7 days. In the age of electronic banking this is totally unacceptable.

    The hotel is surrounded by a major 24hr construction site, Very noisy. All night construction flashing lights and machinery with beeping sounds.hotel room 24 is directly opposite, should have stayed at the airport.Priced high for the inconvenience it has caused.Stay elsewhere is recommended.
