Location

The resort is located on Perth's magnificent Sunset Coast, just a 20-minute drive North of Perth's central business district, and is the closest accommodation to the beach in Western Australia. It is 750 m from Hillary's Boat Harbour with its shopping, cafés and restaurants, AQWA and the Rottnest Island Ferry. World class golf courses, major shopping centres, cinemas, Arena Joondalup and the Challenge Stadium sporting facilities are all nearby. Perth Airport is some 30 km away.

Facility

26 suites, 38 apartments and 16 studios are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A desk is provided. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a radio, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation.     Try & get an ocean view

    Only an overnighter, excited that we might get an ocean view but sadly disappointed, our room faced a rear carpark. Would have hated to be on the ground floor! Sent away as our room wasn't ready ! The location is great & parking onsite. Room clean, although basic with everything you need. Not sure how it gets a 4 star rating though. Perhaps based on location. I was dreading a sleepless night with the carpark below but was pleasantly surprised as all quiet. Would probably (short) stay again but get an ocean view room.

    Very nice location across the road from the ocean. only five minutes drive from Hillary's boat harbour where there are a variety of restaurants/bars. Apartments are basic but have all you need in terms of amenities. Continental Breakfast is also basic but sufficient. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

    Room not ready for hours, not good enough

    Very disappointed that the room was not ready at 2pm normal checking time. In fact it was almost 4pm before we got our room. This spoilt our stay - we had a very long drive to get there and expected the room to be ready. Total failure of management, and the housekeeping staff were frantically still cleaning rooms long after 4pm. The suite was nice enough with comfy bed and reasonably well maintianed rooms. Our room faced a rear courtyard and was about 2 metres from the next apartment facing ours. Lack of privacy a concern here, but there was no nouse problem on the night we stayed. We didn’t get more than a casual apology for the inconvenience suffered. I would not stay again.     Love this resort.We have been put in the same room each time and absolutely live the ground floor 2bed apartment we had.Love that you get a free continental breakfast and you can upgrade to cooked for $14 a day. If you could request specific rooms we would stay more often.     Last night before flying out

    We stayed at the Quality Resort Sorrento Beach on our last night on our trip to Western Australia before flying out. The location is very nice at Sorrento Beach close to Hillary Boat Harbour with many restaurants and an about 40 minutes drive to the airport. Our apartment was spacious, clean and convenient. The furniture is a bit outdated but it was a good stay for one night. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.
