    The Quest on Rheola was better than the other Quests I've stayed at in Perth. The location was perfect for me but what I loved the most was the decor and complimentary gifts they provided. The attention to detail to make guests feel welcome was definitely noticed. Staff were also very friendly.     Booked a 2-night stay with my wife over Easter and arrived at 3pm to find the front desk closed. I was talking to someone through the intercom We were then told our booking hadn’t been paid, even though it had been. They claimed to have tried contacting me, but I had no missed calls or emails. Overall, a complete waste of time and very poor customer service. The person was like due to the front desk being closed there nothing, we can do which was extremely annoying because I drove an hour up to Perth. Would stay away for here, especially if you’re coming from overseas or over east and having that headache of them saying that they don’t have your payment.
