    Stayed for 3 nights, although the reception is not manned the check in through the convenience store at the bottom of the hotel was pretty smooth. The rooms are quite spacious with full kitchen and laundry. The rooms are a bit dated and the wifi is not very good. The location is pretty good and at night it’s quiet. There are places to eat within walking distance which is also a positive. I would stay here again.

    What a hole. The apartments were built in the 80’s and they are showing it. It is run by people from the sub continent and their only interest is making money. The reception is permanently closed and you have to book in at the Kwik-E-Mart next door. They make you feel like you are intruding. The ancient Panasonic air conditioning barely works. The analog television didn’t work. The carpet is worn and torn. The bedroom doors don’t close and the whole unit is worn and grotty.

    I stayed for a week in March in apartment 7 when working in Perth. The room was ok, plenty of space and a reasonable kitchen. No WIFI which is unusual these days. I had been stuck in hotels so was keen to have a home cooked meal. When I turned on stove extractor fan 2 parts fell directly onto stove. I could not work out how to put back in so left on side of bench. Informed reception when I left and they won't return $250 deposit. Receptionist is polite states the Manager says I broke it. Outrageous and hard to believe why they do this. Why does he not just inform owner that it is broken? Why would a 63-year-old guy intentionally damage an extractor fan. Anyway, wish I had read all the bad reviews. I do not recommend this place.

    Worst hotel/apartment experience I’ve ever had. I was in Perth for a course which meant I was out from 7am till 4pm each day. There is nobody in attendance there before 8am or after 3pm which meant check in was not possible. In order for me to check in I was told to go to the convenience store next door and that I would be charged an extra fee for checking in outside business hours. What hotel does not have someone there after 3pm in the afternoon? Absolutely pathetic business management and made my whole week in Perth a negative experience. I tried calling the place on multiple multiple occasions and they never answered the phone. I called the after hours check in assistance number multiple times and they only answered that a couple of times. Because I wasn’t able to go through the check in process because of my course times, my key card was blocked. I decided to move to another hotel and was told I had to pay a bond despite the fact I wasn’t going to be staying there anymore. They would not let me up to the room to get my luggage until I paid the bond. When I did manage to get hold of the manager she was incredibly rude. I said I would ask the police to assist me with getting my luggage from the room and she basically laughed and said “good luck”. I was absolutely disgusted with the manner in which she dealt with the situation. Totally unprofessional. I guess you get what you pay for, and apparently I paid for rude service, a very substandard hotel, and assistance from the convenience store clerk who was unfortunately stuck in the middle of it all because the manager didn’t even have the decency to deal with the situation in person by herself, but had the gall to charge me for after hours check in at 4pm in the afternoon. I would not even recommend this hotel to the cockroaches who manage it. Don’t stay here whatever you do. Don’t give them any of your hard earned money, because they’re certainly not earning any of theirs. Unfortunately, we did received any response . As per our hotel condition advertised on websites, it is clearly mentioned that we are operating limited hours. It was your responsibility to make sure whether our operating hours are align with your plans or not. We have limited operating hours because we try our best to provide cheapest hotel rates possible.There were no additional fee charged from you. According to your travel agent websites and emails we have sent you in advance, specifically mentioned that we hold a security bond of $250 (merely an holding in the guest's bank account and this pre- authority holding fully get released after guest checked out) for damages and this only applies upon arrival. It is a mandatory holding which we hold from any guest. We do not encourage any abusive behaviour and it quite disappointing the way you tried to threaten (saying I am not paying anything I will call the police if you do not let me to go to my room) and intimidate our female staffs when there is nothing wrong we have done to you. As we show respect to our guests, we expect same treatment from our guests and we are here to help you as much as we can. There are some conditions that we are unable to bend due to the past terrible incidents our hotel experienced before. Please do not post false information on internet to mislead other people by pretending that you totally innocent.
