  Very Helpful Staff, went above and beyond what could be reasonably Expected.Very good Fully Serviced Units with own Full Laundry. Full Kitchen.Recommend staying here, great location close to Perth Airport.

  Super handy location for an overnight stay before an international flight, especially being so close to the airport for 4 adults travelling together. Arrival and check in was smooth and easy, which made things convenient after a long day of travel.On first walk through the apartment appeared fine, however once we settled in it became clear the property is in need of a proper deep clean and refresh. The carpet near the ensuite entrance had a mouldy smell, the shower area was quite grimy, and the rangehood area was noticeably dirty. The balcony flyscreen was also very deteriorated and flimsy.Kitchen facilities were lacking, with no standard plates or bowls provided apart from unusual flat rectangular IKEA glass style serving pieces. For a booking accommodating four adults, we expected enough milk supplied for at least one hot drink each, but there was not enough provided. The spa was unfortunately out of order and also appeared dirty around and above the waterline. The gym facilities were fairly basic and nothing particularly special.Overall, the stay served its purpose for a quick overnight stop before flying out. With some extra care, maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this property could really be a fantastic and convenient airport accommodation option.

  Airport Apartments by Vetroblu offer a shuttle service from the airport at a cost of 5 dollars per person, by telephoning them on arrival at Perth airport.On arrival in Perth, Western Australia, after a very long and delayed flight, I phoned the number, at about 8pm local time, but there was no-one to take my call so I left my name and number for a call back as advised by the automated answer service. No-one called back so I tried again 10 minutes later. Again, no-one was available to take my call. I tried a third time but no-one was available.Being in a strange country, being extremely tired after a very long flight and after trying 3 times to get a response from Vetroblu, my wife and I had no choice but to get a taxi from the airport. The cost was 65 dollars.On check-in at the apartments, I complained to the receptionist. She checked my phone and confirmed that I had used the correct number 3 times. She advised me to speak to the manager the next morning to arrange reimbursement.The apartment was OK and after a good night’s sleep, I spoke to the manager. He checked my phone and confirmed that I had used the correct telephone number 3 times. He even used my phone to dial the number I had used and it rang on his desk. He apologised and promised to investigate, contact me by email in a couple of days and refund me with my out-of-pocket costs [which would be 55 dollars]. After a week with no contact from him, I emailed the company and the response really shocked me. The manager claimed that there was no record of me contacting them [basically calling me a liar] even after seeing the calls on my phone. He said that he would “meet me half way” and credit me with 30 dollars. I replied that I did not accept this offer as we were 55 dollars out-of-pocket. I got no response.After a few days I got a credit of 19p [30 cents] to my account. I contacted him again [very annoyed by this time] and a further credit of £15.81 [so a total of about 30 dollars] was added to my account. I contacted the manager again but he has not bothered to respond.I would not use Airport Apartments by Vetroblu again and would not recommend them.

  Convenient for Perth airport.

  Very convenient for Perth airport. There is a shuttle. but this is popular so recommend booking before your stay.The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. Great to have a washer and drier in the apartment.The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.Happy to recommend this hotel.

  The current management should be removed and replaced with one who has experience and cares about the quality and standards. The units are a good layout. Our experience in unit 3 was very dirty including the pots with a strong smell of mould which we only worked out once our son started to feel ill and felt immediately better once we left. Everything has not been maintained and it is showing. Such a pity as it in a perfect location, great customer service and the shuttle is a good price and handy when flying in/out.
