    Great quiet hotel. Very friendly staff and cute cafe downstairs. The bed was extra comfy, shower was hot and aircon/heating worked. Efficient for your needs. Small room but I don’t mind and that’s pretty standard for hotels nowadays.

    We have had a great trip for our kids basketball tournament in lovely Bendigo. Your staff are amazing. Probably the nicest and friendliest staff in any hotel I have stayed in. People make the experience and you have great people. Please help your team by having an extra person in cafe when busy. They are great and I felt for them as it was busy in the morning and at dinner and they need some support but they soldiered on and were really great such genuine people that I wanted to help them they were so flat out. Ella is amazing made everyone feel at home and knew everyone’s first nameIncluding the kids. I really couldn’t recommend your hotel enough, rooms are rooms, staff make the difference and thanks to all the team for making our trip such a great experience. Darren

    Very noisy place. Woken at 6am with 30+ mins of thumping and banging from floor above. Then trucks reversing and unloading directly below my window. Then having a coffee in the cafe downstairs and a staff member starts vacuuming the floor near the table! Had to check out early just get some peace and quiet.

    The rooms are small, but we found it comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the cafe was fine. There are also free movies off the TV. The parking in front of the hotel is perhaps limited, but there is an overflow parking area behind the hotel. You need to take a ticket from the machine, but reception can ensure that there are no extra charges. The one warning is finding the place. You need to turn into the hospital gates and then the hotel is clearly on the right. This is not marked on Lucan Street and I have driven by it twice before I understood the system.
