    We stayed for 2 nights at the motor inn in Batmans Bay. The motor inn is a short walk from the main shopping area. Our room was large but then there were only two of us and it would be tight if there were 3 people. The motor inn is very dated and a lack of upkeep in the general yard area. There were tall weeds everywhere and debris in the pool and not inviting. The rooms were very dated and only updated where needed with lots of dust on windows and ledges. The towels need to be replaced as they may have been clean but were covered in thread pulls. Bed was okay but can't comment on pillows as we bring our own. Wouldn't stay there again if visiting Batemans Bay.

    Friendly welcome, good room with lots of space, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, hair-dryer, shampoo & conditioner. Little dining table, queen bed + single, corner shower, extractor fan. Clean & comfy with blockout curtains. TV only in room - no satellite stations or DVD player though noted in room that DVD player was available from office. Good off street parking too.

    The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower were pretty good even though we had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come to the reception. on the day we arrived to check in so we can get the key to our room. At least we were able to park our car in front of the room

    Shower was discussing, mould around floor and shower frame ,very unhygienic. Had to wait for an hour till the manager returned from getting lunch and then didn't apologise for keeping us waiting.Time to book into our room was 2 pm NOT 3 pm.The rooms could do with a spring clean

    Check in was at 2pm. Parking available in front of room. Room was musty upon entry..all closed up. We needed to open everything up and run air con which was noisy. Bed comfy maybe alittle hard. Bathroom clean with new towels but vents not clean & some mould presentToaster microwave mini fridge coffee tea etc available. TV worked well with local chanels available. Room was spacious...with a small sofa/lounge which was old and marked.
