This resort is located right in the heart of Batemans Bay.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 33 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service on request, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer is also provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Heated indoor and outdoor pools, filled with salt water, ensure comfortable swimming. There is a children's swimming area as well. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, crazy golf and golf. With jet skiing, sailing, kayaking and snorkelling available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available.

    Like motel on side of busy road

    This place is just like a motel on the side of a busy road. Some rooms have a lakeside setting but you can not walk around the lake. This place is ok for a one night stay if travelling a long distance but give it a miss if not.Not much in the area - beach is stated walkable but this is not the case.Need a car for everything.     Great overnight stop

    We stayed at Lincoln Downs recently on a trip down from Sydney to Melbourne as an overnight stop. Very pleased with our choice, the resort is in a lovely setting just outside of Batemans Bay very conveniently located just off the Princes Hwy. The lake is beautiful and after a long day driving, really appreciated the hammocks. The resort also has lovely grounds with gardens, outdoor seating and a swimming pool. The staff throughout were lovely at all touch points. Check in was warm and smooth. The onsite bar was very cosy with a fire going which was perfect for a drink or two before moving into dinner. I had the lamb special which I think was the highlight of my whole stay! Room was nice with a door out to the pool and another seating area. Bathroom was modern and the beds very comfortable. Perfect set up for what we needed. Lots of towels provided as well which I always appreciate. Ample tea and sugar also provided. Overall, thrilled with our stay. For the same or a little more than a motel, this resort is highly recommended.     We stayed a night in the Lakeview Spa Suite. Incredible views of the lake. The suite comes with a lounge, dining area, kitchenette, 2x bedrooms, each with its own TV, with one bedroom with a spa bath! Separate toilet and double head shower - and the cherry on the cake, it's own sauna!We had some fresh prawns & oysters (from one of the local shops) whilst watching the sunset. Then ordered in room service.Had an incredible stay and will be back!     Easy to be missed

    The driveway to Lincoln Downs is easy to be missed, even with the big sign, there is no indication that it is actually the driveway which is extremely steep, to the reception.Light indicating the turn off into the drive would be great at night! The rooms are clean but could do with an update. The dark furniture and lack of lighting make the room feel a little depressing. The bathroom was great, with a big shower and it was modernised. Check in and out was easy and staff was very.     Great Location surrounded by wildlife. Rooms were spotless, bed very comfortable and bathroom easy to use. Just about zero outside noise. The staff were on the ball and smiley.
