    Quiet, comfortable stay in a convenient location

    The hotel offered a pleasant and relaxing stay. Although it is located slightly out of town, it was still an easy walk to the beach and the bowling club, making it convenient without being right in the middle of the busy area.The grounds were lovely and surprisingly quiet considering the property is located on a main road. Our room was clean, spacious and included a balcony, which was a nice addition. A screen on the balcony door would have made it even better, particularly for enjoying the fresh air.The room had basic facilities including a microwave, coffee cups and wine glasses, although crockery and cutlery were not provided. The air conditioning was louder than usual and did not seem particularly effective, which was a little disappointing.Overall though, it was a comfortable stay and somewhere we would happily return to.

    We had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel. Our room was large and quiet, away from the carpark.The hotel is away from town but we enjoyed the surrounding gardens. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't visit. The reception staff member was friendly, beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was helpful. The cooking stove was turned off due to amended fire standards but not really required for short stays. Not sure if the hotel will be suitable for those with mobility issues if staying on higher floors but otherwise, we had a great stay.

    The room was large and basic and had all that was needed fot an overnight stay. The grounds were pleasant and the pool quite good. It was not luxurious and there was no view but acceptable .

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – close to the beach. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and very comfortable.What really stood out, though, was the service in the hotel’s restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming – truly exceptional service throughout. Mark and Eva were amazing. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding hospitality!

    I recently stayed with a large group of friends at the Mercure Gerringong Resort & would not hesitate to recommend it as a great place to stay. The rooms were well finished and spotless & the staff in both the office & Dining Room were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.
