    This place is cheap and that is where it ends. rooms are nice enough, but the check in is a nightmare (the cleaner did it for me) and the killer - no hot water for a shower in the morning!!! Stay away!!!

    Ridiculously overpriced and very poor. Broken chairs, dirty cutlery, saggy beds. Only positive is that it’s pet friendly.

    Do not stay here. Health WarningI have never been offered such an uninhabitable room in my life - they charged $150/night. I've been to a lot of disgusting places in my extensive travels - this is THE WORST BY FARFAR

    * Pillows were comfortable and bed. Great location. * Excellent customer service and easy check in. * Room was clean.* Shower pressure and hot water was excellent with plenty shampoo/soap available. * Location was ideal to Clubs and Town. Petrol station close by.

    After booking a room at this motel we were unable to attend due to our daughter suddenly getting very unwell contacted the motel the day before we were meant to arrive and explained to them what had happened they said that is ok . When we booked we booked through wotif so they told us to contact them and cancel through them which we did and they continued to call them and I called them back and they told me once again it is ok . So after telling me twice it ok to cancel and get refunded. They have told wotif no refund .Very poor customer service and absolutely don’t care about people’s situations that are out of their control .Would not recommend this motel .
