    We stayed here and there was nothing close to an ocean view we seen, we were not greeted at reception on arrival and were told to check our email for a code to get into the room. The whole time we stayed there which was three days we only seen 1 housekeeper who was lovely... The rooms are tiny and squished together, it is outdated and not worth the money paid.

    This place really needs updating. It is tired and old. Taps need washers, cupboards don’t close properly, rooms are small and poky. Not so close to town and all uphill and no paths on way back. Nothing to recommend it. View of distant ocean ok, but not a nice space to sit and enjoy

    It's on the hills with view of roof tops and distant water. Enjoyed the outlook. Location is fine, not far to everything, eg Wheelers is less than 10 min drive. We had an upper floor unit facing the view, but others will not get that. The units are probably from the 80s, but no complaints about condition and seemed clean and nicely presented. Kitchen and bathroom well- equipped, lots of good linen, even a corkscrew in the kitchen. Hot water pressure is good. Bathroom a good size. Slept well too, so bed comfortable. If you are comfortable this style, then recommended.

    Clean rooms, good facilities , check in was easy, good price. Lots to do around area, plenty of shops. We didn’t have time to use the pool but a nice walk up and down the streets, plenty to look at as well.

    Stayed 2 nights at this motel on a driving trip, would definitely stay here again if in Merimbula.Spotlessly clean, great facilities (laundry, bbq, pool)Rooms with mini kitchen and super comfy beds and bedding.
