    I booked 5 months in advance, and they didn't organise the room as requested, including the bed configuration. I was asked to pay extra for a bed that was requested 5 months prior. Also parking, terrible organisation, had to park in the middle of the streets at nighttime because even if I paid for parking they didn't have any left. Ridiculous.     Fantastic location so central to town, beach and sporting arena. Very clean and comfy room and food in restaurant was absolutely delicious-as was room service breakfast. Will be back.     Unpleasant staff at check in

    The experience was not good, staff were rude and unpleasant. The hotel is not expensive but you get what you pay for and just unpleasant attitutude, i was asked to provide proof of who iam with a licence only, this is not a hard rule in hotels in australia, i was treated like a terrorist. no thanks to racism like this.
