  Tired and noisy, combative management.

  The apartments are pretty clean. The beds comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. The buildings themselves are tired and really require lot of attention, I noted there were for sale signs about, this may explain it (the owner has lost interest or cannot afford its upkeep).The pools really need to be drained and retiled, the tables and chairs in the pool area were filthy and could not be used (never cleaned during our stay). There are large rocks in the pool area (for decoration?) I found this to be unsafe when you have children. There are signs on the pool gates regarding noise and guest behaviour, this was very clearly ignored and not policed by the management. The noise from the pool area was quite constant and very easily heard from the bedrooms and lounge areas of the apartments making quiet enjoyment of the property impossible. I made management aware of this issue and received a very curt reply, rude and unprofessional. When you are paying over $2000 for accommodation I expected better.

  The location is excellent and within walking distance for shopping, dining and restaurants.The one bedroom apartment is very spacious with full kitchen and laundry facilities. The noise level is quite high if staying in the direct front apartments.The apartments were relatively clean however our toilet did have a urine smell during our stay and our socks extremely dirty. So perhaps mopping the floors properly would be a bonus!The rooms are outdated and the couch was not comfortable. The sheer curtin in the lounge room was torn. The curtains and blind in the bedroom very dirty from water damage.We found a few cockroches in our room. There was roof damage outside our room with peeled paint on the floor. The carpets and stairwell extremely dirty could use definite cleaning.None existence at reception and left a voice mail upon arrival but no return call.Whilst the terrif for the January period for 5 nights was relatively good you could expect more from close to $300 per night.I would not choose to return to these apartments although the location is great.

  Great location. The 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. We really liked the opportunity to sit outside on the large balcony. The steepness of the driveway did not worry us, and the kiosk to retrieve the keys was easy. Will be back again.

  So many positives - Apartment was clean and spacious, we stayed in the 3bdrm. Host was very transparent and provided lots of info.The location was perfect, right next to woolies, a short stroll to the beach, park and lighthouse.We stayed over some of the hotter days, the place needed another air con - only aircon it has is in the living area. Maybe ceiling fans if another aircon is not possible.Main toilet is in the laundry room, we couldnt use the dryer on those hot days because it would have been like a sauna. The apartment needs a vacuum cleaner, we ended up dusting the carpet with the broom provided. Apart from this, we would definitely stay again.

  We booked three apartments for a group of sixteen. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy, well priced and were serviced daily. Amenities of the apartments were perfect, the location in relation to the main street and its many cafes and restaurants was excellent and within walking distance. The kiosk check in was simple to use and my dealings, as group organiser with Nathan was exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here as I know that we will be back.
