    Good house but needs deep cleaning

    The location was very good. The house was spacious enough and the heating worked well. On the downside the house and especially the entrance need urgently a deep clean. The landlord didn’t reply at all when we tried to contact him during our stay.

    A nice place to stay for a stopover in Albany.A well equipped, comfortable apartment that provided everything you needed.The grounds were pretty and well maintained.It was close to the beach and a few places to eat.

    We stayed in Unit 7 and just had the lower floor as there were only 2 of us. The apartment is spacious, clean and kitchen has all requirments. Location is excellent being a short walk to Middleton Beach and the nearby eateries. Although a little dated the apartment was good value for money and surrounding gardens are delightful. Bed was very comfortable.

    Our two bedroom (upstairs ) apartment with separate toilet and shower also upstairs was perfect for our two night stay. Clean, spacious with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and TV’s made our stay memorable. Easy walk to eating places and Middleton Beach plus parking near unit. Loved our stay.

    We had a fantastic stay. Cannot rate this place highly enough. Clean, functional and close to anything we needed. Beautiful garden. It is very quiet and close to a couple of great cafes and eateries. We will definitely stay again. Thankyou so much.
