  Our stay at Bremer Bay Resort was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had.We paid $695 for two nights (far above their usual price), expecting a quiet and comfortable stay. Instead, we were subjected to extremely loud live music from the bar that went until around midnight. The noise was unbearable even inside the room.There was ZERO prior warning about this event when booking or checking in.When we approached the bar staff for help, we were met with a cold and dismissive attitude — basically told “nothing can be done.” No effort to reduce the volume, no apology, no care.We were travelling with our 2-year-old child, and because of the noise, she couldn’t sleep at all. After already driving 9 hours that day, we were forced to leave the hotel at night just to find somewhere quiet so our child could rest. That is completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, the room had a large number of insects, which is clearly not a new issue if you look at past reviews — yet management has done nothing about it.Paying premium pricing for this level of service and conditions is honestly shocking.This place shows no respect for guests, especially families.   The venue is beautiful and there are lovely views from the veranda and outdoor sitting areas. The menu has a good range of dishes to cater for most tastes. The food was ok but not outstanding and it took 40 minutes to arrive. We were there on a busy weekend night and I felt that the venue could have been better managed. There were large groups oflocals who continued to be served alcohol, despite being clearly intoxicated. I also observed twopeople light up cigarettes in the eating areas and staff did not intervene. The man who appeared to be the bar manager walked past one of the smokers and took no action.   15 people on a Saturday night. Place was really humming. Staff were great and very helpful, bar staff doing what they could on a busy night. Meals came out quickly and as ordered - steak while $65, a bit rich we thought, was recommended and didn’t disappoint, was excellent. Chicken meals and burgers were also a good size, hot and yummy.   8 people ordered and meals arrived very quickly. Food hot and fabulous size and taste. Polite staff, plenty of space and clean amenities. Pork fell off the bone and very tasty. Highly recommend.   Worth popping in for meal!

  Definitely worth stopping here for a meal. Very nice food, with great service in a lovely setting. They even had charging for our electric car.
