    Lovely Hotel - well worth a visit

    Hotel receptionists were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and modern. Bedrooms were lovely with large king size beds (Au size/ super-king uk size). The atmosphere was relaxed/laid back. Handwash, body wash, hand and body lotion, hair shampoo and conditioner all supplied as well as 2 bottles of drinking water each day and tea and coffee sachets, sugars and milk.We can't recommend this Hotel and the one in Busselton highly enough.We didn't have breakfast included in Albany but did in Busselton and the choice is amazing and well worth the cost ..... you won't need anything else to eat all day 😋😋

    2 separate stays here over the last week. Fabulous new hotel right in centre of Albany.Hilton Diamond and they really looked after me.Really friendly staff and spacious comfortable rooms (Harbour view rooms are well worth it). Lovely power shower.Breakfast great with a real varied selection of foods and a nice bar area for evening drinks (and happy hour)!Small but functional gym. Lots of parking.I had an awful experience at a motel in Esperance and contacted this hotel to bring forward my reservation they were so helpful and I am truly grateful for that.Happily recommend, this hotel went above and beyond.     We had a great stay for two nights in December. Our room (407) was on the top floor and it was nice and spacious, with a lovely view out over the water. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good. A great place to stay in Albany.     it is what to expect from The Hilton group. Nothing was too much. Staff are friendly helpful and made us feel special. The room had everything we needed and more with a terrific view of the harbour.
