    Comfortable Family Apartment, Beautiful Surroundings

    Stayed 4 nights in a 2‑bedroom apartment (mum, daughter, and grandmother). The setup was great — 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, cooking facilities, and a GORGEOUS view! It had everything we needed. Free parking with a designated spot was very convenient.Reception was a bit disappointing; the girl at the desk didn’t provide any instructions. We were in the Waterloo building down the road, and she didn’t even know what floor we were on or how to open the roller door. Perhaps she was new and needs more training.The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, but that’s my only criticism. On the positive side, the pool was good, and we enjoyed a lovely walk around the lake outside. Overall, we had a nice stay with plenty of amenities and a beautiful view.     Stunning view and spacious room

    The location was convenient, and the view was beautiful. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the early check-in, which was a nice touch. Several issues stood out, including a shirt left behind by a previous guest and leftover frozen food still in the freezer. Since I was feeling unwell at the time, I didn’t contact the property until after checking out. The property stated they would have offered me a different room had I reported the cleanliness issues during my stay. On the positive side, the room was spacious, and the view remained stunning, which helped to make the stay somewhat more enjoyable despite the cleanliness issues. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return or recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

    Excellent view from balcony. Great location right on the water. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Private car space in underground carpark. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Free washing machine in carpark. Great price. Close to restaurants. Great wifi.

    BEWARE - AWFUL EXPERIENCE

    So I booked a room at this hotel and I have to say NEVER again!!!!! I arrived at 7pm and reception was closed So, I looked at my confirmation email to see if there were any check in details and there weren't. I called there number only to spend almost an hour trying to get help.... Finally get someone that could tell me how i could access my room. Once in the room I noticed it was dirty with stains on the bed sheets, no clothes hangers and stains in the shower. It was HORRIBLE! upon check out I told the staff member what was wrong and there exact words were - I don't care! Absolutely disgusting service. Never staying there again.... BEWARE!!!!!!!!

    What a great location - close to hospital, restaurants and with water views!The rooms still feel like they are brand new, and the beds are super comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom apartment in staying for business, and if we had a choice, the room with water views is quieter than the one facing the road - when people come and go late at night, the room closest to the door and entry way is the loudest. Good lounge area, 2 clean bathrooms, and a clean kitchenette with a full fridge, stove - everything!We walked to the Thai restaurant which was amazing and highly recommended.Our only issue with this hotel, was the check-in process which was definitely not user friendly, and very clunky. This stems from us checking in after 5pm (6pm) and no instructions being emailed to us to tell us what to do! Imagine our surprise when we turn up after notifying them we would be there around 6pm, and everything was locked up? Thankfully there was an emergency 24/7 phone number and we got the guidance we needed.Would definitely stay again - great value hotel!
