    Arrived Mantra on the Friday as a last minute booking. Booked the 1 bedroom ocean view superior. Unfortunately hardly an ocean view, however we understood as was a last minute booking. Looked straight at the street and boxed in behind some new construction the hotel had built.We were keen on ocean view, which this was not and decided to check out following day. As an Accor member requested a late checkout till 11am or 12pm. Extremely smug and rude Duty Manager Darian told us it would be an additional $20 per hour beyond 10am. Was a horrible experience. Never write reviews but beware on this one. So much for Accor and looking after loyalty.Did us a massive favour. Moved next door to the Oceans. Wow. Check that place out.     Great location, great pools, lovely view

    Stayed in 1 Brm on 11 floor. Very clean room & comfortable bed & wonderful view. Staff were friendly & helpful. Secure parking & great outdoor pool with plenty of shade & loungers. bonus 2 spas. Also indoor heated pool (did not use this time) Great location to shops & food & beach etc. We had a step in spa/bath/shower & had to walk around to it from the bedroom. This would have been an issue for an elderly person. Otherwise highly recommend.
