Location

The resort is located on the southern tip of Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast at Caloundra. It is only 150 metres from the clear and calm ocean waters of Pumicestone Passage and Golden Beach. Sunshine Coast Airport is situated approximately 23 km from the club resort.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 183 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service. A projector is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, crazy golf, a gym and a spa.

Meals

The resort includes a restaurant and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Room was clean and modern. Easy parking and overall resort presented well. Bedside light bulb was blown so couldn’t lay in bed with small light on. Had no hot water to shower for second night or second morning so that was very disappointing. Had barely luke warm showers which left us cold and uncomfortable. Was a dirty nappy in garden outside room window

    Excellent facilities for families. Kids had a great time! Delicious food and great, friendly service at Oak & Vine restaurant.

    Don't complain about vulgar neighbours swearing and fighting constantly day and night

    Regular business traveller (weeks each month) and I had neighbours constantly yelling and swearing in the hall and their room. Never once have I complained but it was unbearable. I was offered a new room, down sized bed to what I paid for, no view compared to beautiful views and sharing a wall with the elevator. I felt punished for not tolerating the noise from the neighbours in a FAMILY resort and I mean vulgar loud language

    Loved the resort for a family vacation- had everything we need and barely needed to leave the resort in 4 days. Only had to leave for dinners and other food. Kids loved the waterpark and putt putt. Spa and pool great location and loved the bar service. Rooms very large and comfortable with everything you need. Will be back for more family holidays for sure.
