Location

This resort is a short walk from stylish Hastings Street with its shopping, people-watching, and al fresco dining venues all along the colourful boulevard. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll through Noosa National Park, enjoy a tour of the hinterland, or cruise the Noosa River. Sunshine Coast Airport is 90 km away.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 198 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet and a dinner à la carte are served every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Tired resort in need of maintenance

    This was our second stay at Peppers Noosa. While the buffet breakfast was good. That’s where things ended for us. The resort has not changed in the 8 years since our last stay. I’d describe its current state as mutton dressed as lamb - aged well on the outside but inside the apartments are tired, dark and poorly maintained/cleaned. They are in desperate need of a lick of paint, new carpeting or flooring and more regular and higher quality housekeeping. We reported the toilet in our apartment malfunctioning twice in order to have it fixed. While the staff were friendly and pleasant, there were regular breakdowns in communication particularly around how regular the housekeeping service should be. The TV in the living area was connected to Foxtel but no free to air channels which was strange. TV in main bedroom has terrible reception and could not connect to internet or streaming services. I also don’t understand why resorts in QLD don’t include fly screens on doors - some people like fresh air instead of stale air con, but it’s impossible to leave doors open because of the bugs and no screens. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and I’ve never known a 4 star resort to claim that they only provide weekly housekeeping and that guests need to ask for more toilet paper and fresh towels. That needs to be better communicated on check in.     I booked via Qantas and got the date incorrect. I called Qantas 2hrs later who contacted the hotel; they refused to allow any changes or flexibility. I have stayed many times before, but never again.     I’ve been coming here for holidays from VIC for many years, and unfortunately the place has been deteriorating year after year. It’s now at the point where everything feels worse than before, and I’ve finally had enough.The main issues:- Rooms are poorly presented — old, tired, and often dirty- Furniture is outdated, worn out, and not properly cleaned- Equipment throughout the property is old and barely functional- Floors inside and outside the rooms are stained and look neglected- Amenities are ageing and clearly not being maintained- Cleaning is either done badly or not done at all, even when you pay for it- Bedding is old, stained, and sometimes dirtyThis used to be a reliable place to stay, but the lack of maintenance and care is now impossible to ignore.     Great resort but need better housekeeping

    The resort is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and Hastings Street, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and relaxing by the ocean. The breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant offers delicious food. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The two swimming pools and steam room are great additions and enhance the overall experience.However, the housekeeping service has noticeably declined. It seems the resort may be employing inexperienced staff, and there appears to be little supervision or quality control. During our 8-night stay, we were entitled to a midweek clean. On the scheduled day, the cleaner arrived at 2 pm while we were having lunch. I asked her to return a bit later, but she said she couldn’t as it was her last room. We agreed to reschedule for the following day at 2 pm, but no one showed up.I had to remind the receptionist before the cleaning was finally completed. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning was poor — the bed linen had visible stains, the floor was not properly cleaned, and the rubbish bins had not been emptied.Overall, this is an excellent resort with great facilities and location, but the housekeeping standards are declining each year, which is disappointing and needs improvement.     Poor Room Lighting at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas

    My wife and I stayed at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas in February, 2026. I was attending a conference, and my wife joined me as a tourist.While the resort had some positive aspects, including a reasonably good breakfast, a major drawback was the very poor lighting in the rooms. The lighting was so inadequate that it made it difficult for my wife to apply makeup and for me to shave.This was a deal breaker for us and would prevent me from recommending the resort.
