The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine.     "We had a fantastic stay! Our studio room was incredibly spacious for two people and featured an excellent ocean view. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff were friendly and helpful, even providing a choice of beer or wine as a welcome drink. It was so relaxing to enjoy a cool beer while swimming in the pool.I was offered a temporary card to access the hotel facilities after check-out, which was very convenient.The service truly went above and beyond when my daughter realized she had left her iPod in the room after we had checked out. While the initial search by the cleaning team was unsuccessful, the Concierge Manager, Ms. Chan, stepped in to help. She personally accompanied me back to the room and searched thoroughly until she found the iPod tucked in a gap between the bedside cabinet and the bed. We are so grateful for her dedication and highly recommend this hotel!"

    We absolutely loved our family stay at the Ramada. We felt welcomed by staff, the facilities and activities offered are excellent for families of all ages, the beach front location lends itself to early morning exploring, and we enjoyed the sunset views of the ocean and Glasshouse Mountains. We had ample space in our apartment for all 5 of us, and the apartment was clean and well-equipped. The resort is easy walking distance to IGA, a pharmacy, boutique shops, and a number of eateries, and there are lovely bbq facilities onsite too. Kids especially loved the pool, games room and tennis court, and we all enjoyed an afternoon of sea kayaking.

    My partner and I stayed at this resort from a friday to a monday and had a more than wonderful experience. As we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the staff, they are very professional but are also amazing at giving you a personalised experience. We received a complimentary bottle of wine of our choice, the wine itself was good quality and we had an amazing time at the restaurant across from the resort. The room we were given was extremely clean and modern - clearly recently renovated. Everything about it was perfect for us. From the kitchen to the bathroom, the balcony with the most beautiful view. Shops are just a quick walk from the resort as well. The pool is large enough that it doesn't get too crowded, and also has a fun slide. They offer facilities like bike riding, stand up paddle boarding and others. Overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning in the future. 10/10 definitely recommend. :)
