Location

This value for money hotel is a relaxing haven centrally located in Australia's most vibrant city. It is just a short stroll from the retail shopping haven of Oxford Street and Sydney's famous Stanley Street. The central business district, Aussie Stadium, Sydney Cricket Ground, Fox Studios and Darling Harbour are all close by. St. Mary's Cathedral is 800 m away and the Sydney Opera House is 1.6 km from the hotel. Kingsford Smith International Airport is 14 km from the hotel.

Facility

170 rooms are available to guests in a 14-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Stayed here with a friend for 3nights, great location and good neighborhood. Easy to get to Central station and one block away from Oxford St. Clean, comfortable, good value for money.     Friendly Service, Great Location, and a Comfortable Stay

    We had a very pleasant stay at the ADGE Hotel in Sydney and would happily recommend it. The hotel is well located near Central Station, and the surrounding neighborhood is great for strolling, shopping, and dining. The Harbour Bridge and Opera House are also only about 10 minutes away by Uber.Our room was very nice and comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money compared with many other options in Sydney. On our first evening, we ate at the hotel restaurant, which has a Brazilian-inspired menu, and my friend was especially impressed by the steak.At first, my friend was a little uncomfortable with the semi-transparent walls separating the bathroom and toilet from the rest of the room. However, the hotel manager resolved the issue very professionally and moved us to another room the next day at no extra charge, which we greatly appreciated.We were also very thankful to the reception staff, who kindly found a cardboard box for me when I needed one to transport a fragile artwork safely. Thanks to their help, it arrived home without any damage.Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay with friendly service, a convenient location, and good value.     Very comfortable and convenient hotel. Great location comfortable bed, cool AC, hot shower and good water pressure. Staff were happy to let me check in early at 12:30pm.     Front desk is not very friendly or efficient. No water or amenities in the room. Asked for water and it never came. The front desk erroneously charged us $400 after we checked out when our bill was already paid. Minimum 30 minute walk to main sites and restaurants are limited in the area. Across the street from the police station. Many massage parlors in the area. The cafe there is great. Beds were comfortable but the AC is temperamental. We were unable to navigate the tv for movies and such. Housekeeping was horrendous. Our room was not cleaned well and coffee was not replenished during our stay.
