    Always disconcerting when there’s no one at the front desk .. we waited (4 different groups) for 25 mins before a young guy appeared..no way of contacting him at all

    Lovely hotel to stay at, clean well catered for and very friendly and helpful staff. Short distance from the Sydney Airport, absolutely loved the Christmas decorations made us feel very festive. Thank you to a great team of people.

    the room has excessive noise: Throughout my stay, I was disturbed by constant noise—Chatter from the hallway, the moans of sex through the wall, and the heavy tread of footsteps overhead. The noise made it extremely difficult to rest, I barely slept with flight fatigue. Hygiene Standards is very poor. Equipments in Bathroom does not work well. There is bad smell in the room.

    It was awful. If I understood Sydney better I’d know it’s not actually at the airport for a start. Also I always read reviews and didn’t because I just needed one plain room for one night after flying in late. The place has no lift so I had to drag my suitcase up three flights of stairs. Accessibility fail right there. The room has the toilet and shower right next to the bed. You can’t close the windows fully. I slept in New York City last week and that was better than this. In the morning to get out early you can’t take any of the exits because they’re padlocked. And there is a Giant pot plant barricading the doors. I was so scared. I panicked trying to find my way out the side door that was on a map which I could hardly focus on because of fear. Never again.
