  I stay here every time I come to Sydney for work. Location and service is amazing. Thanks Rob and team. Nothing is too much trouble for you to make my stay such a great experience.

  Could have been better

  The location could not have been better , super easy to access the city and northern beaches and the smaller towns around. Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness and attention to detail is sadly lacking and the room very small. The shower was in need of a good scrub with signs of mould on the walls and tiles with some rather longterm grime build up in the corners and around the shower screen .Breakfast was basic but acceptable but on a few occasions we had to clean/ wipe our own table before sitting down to eat and clear our crockery at the end. The good side is the staff were friendly and polite and the building itself is lovely with so much potential to be better.

  Tired, false and rude

  Rooms were tired and dirty. Steve who was on reception when we booked and checked in was extremely pleasant and helpful. The woman who I encountered then on was the opposite., Gruff, dismissive and rude. This is my second visit eight years apart. Won't be going back. It advertises as luxury. This is false.

  Hello,We are very disappointed with our stay at the CM.The rooms were damp, smelly and not private at all.We shortened our stay in Sydney, Cremorne Point by one day to just not stay at your accommodation.It was recommended to us by someone who has lived in the area previously, which we had visited so knew the area well. It was a total disappointment. We had high hopes, especially at the price we paid. The advertisement did not match the accomodation.We had to purposefully stay out as long as possible to avoid the rooms. Then left before dawn to avoid overpaying another night. We will be passing this on through your feedback. The television in one of the rooms has never worked as the power point has been cut off from the bracket holding the tv up.That’s pretty basic. I’m sure other guests have pointed out it didn’t even turn on. There were also no locks on the bathroom doors.Security was a big fear. The staff we talked to were helpful and friendly. But they can’t fix the problems.We were extremely disappointed.Will be posting this and pictures of the cockroaches.

  Not convenient at all

  There is nowhere to eat or a shop to buy food remotely near this hotel .We arrived late afternoon and had to get on the ferry to go back to Circular Quay to eat .Steep set of steps up to the front door and half landings where we had to drag our own 23kg cases to access the room . No offer of help .No harbour side views as it’s built at right angles to the harbour which is a good 10 mins walk away .Wouldn’t have booked it if we had known . , Guest Services / Front Office at Cremorne Point Manor, responded to this review Its unfortunate you did not enjoy your stay. The person behind the desk has a back issue so would not have been able to assist. Cremorne Manor is situated merely a 10 min walk down to the foreshore where you have one of the best views of the city and harbour. Sydney is a very hilly city with stairs everywhere. Most details are on the website as to where we are situated. The photos also show there are 15 stairs coming into the hotel from the street. Thank you for staying take care from the team at CPM
