    Hotel is in a great location. Shopping close by and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A little hiccup upon check in but quickly rectified. Guest service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Will definitely stay there again

    We stayed for 4 nights, booking 2 rooms for our family of 4, and had a comfortable experience. Having two adjacent rooms made it easy to gather. The hotel blends modern comfort with practicality; the spacious rooms were well-designed for family travel, even without a scenic view. The beds were very comfortable, and the design felt clean and contemporary, with enough space to move around and a small seating area. The bathrooms were modern and well-maintained, featuring a good walk-in shower. The buffet breakfast offered a satisfying variety. The location is convenient, being close to Central Station, Central Park Mall, and nearby eateries, which was great after a long day out. Overall, good value compared to staying around Circular Quay.

    Stayed in here for my recent Sydney business trip. The hotel was a good option - located in broadway - it was bit far from the CBD where we had all mistakes, we had to take a quick Uber, which could be found easily. Having stayed in Pitt Street Marriott all these years, had to take this as could not get in that hotel. So the location, obviously was a bit secondary, but overall the hotel experience was good. Pros:+ Modern room+ Functioning bathroom, very simple+ Decent space in the room+ Very good buffet breakfast - good options, though more veggie / vegan options would have been great (maybe some indian - asking for too much)+ Decent location, though bit far from circular quay+ Quick check in and check out+ Staff were very good especially Ms. Beth, she was very great at serving us at the restaurantCons- Not much to explore in walkable distance around the hotel- Very tiny lobby and space in the hotel itself- Bit expensive for the services offeredOverall a decent option.

    The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to get around. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby, though they all seem to close after 10 p.m. The room was fully equipped and had natural lighting. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and lovely. I’ll come back again.

    Treated Like an Intruder, Not a Guest

    One of the worst experiences I have ever had with Marriott. My family and I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park in August 2025. Despite checking out with our tour group and checking in again properly under our own booking, and having already submitted all four passports, I was treated with shocking disrespect by front desk staff Ms. Yuris. When my father’s room key failed, she repeatedly barked “Photo ID” in a dismissive tone, refused to listen, ignored my passport, and even claimed my name was “not in the system.” I was made to feel as if I was an illegal intruder instead of a paying guest.This was not about security policy—it was about rudeness, humiliation, and a complete lack of professionalism. For a loyal Marriott guest who has never once complained before, this was unacceptable and disgraceful. No guest should ever be treated this way in any hotel, let alone under the Marriott name.
