    All the "facilities" are in the Leagues club next door

    "Lively entertainment awaits at our St. Marys hotel, featuring Happy Hours, free live bands, late-night poker, Thursday Trivia, and special school holiday shows..." ... at the Rugby Leagues Club next door.I asked where the dining room was and was pointed to the Rugby League Club next door. Paying 5 star prices but I got to queue for 20 minutes in the food hall to order a mediocre dinner that was surprisingly expensive for a club. $40 and up. All to the tune of sports commentary and electronic order buzzers ringing in bad acoustics with Keno flashing at you where ever you sit.5 star treatment. And you have to sign in. And at breakfast you have to follow them around till they find the clipboard with your name on it. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast either but there's nothing else in the area either, or hard to find at any rate.Staying at Holiday Inn St Marys is like having a bedroom next to a carpark. There's a front desk and the poor guys on duty are it. Not that there's much they can do for you. The Chromecast to show movies on the TV didn't work. Even the internal phone was breaking up. They use cheap chemical liquid soap in the rooms. My hair felt drier after using their conditioner than it did before. Everything they can do to cut running costs. Does not in any way justify their prices. Avoid. Some of the initiatives we’ve introduced include a filtered water station on level one to reduce single-use plastics, the installation of over 100 undercover car spots with solar panels to generate energy for our property, and the use of bulk bathroom amenities to significantly cut down on landfill waste. While we no longer provide single-use toiletries, please rest assured that the products we have selected are of high quality and are generally very well received by our guests.In regard to dining, I can see your reservation was made via our website. Our landing page highlights that the hotel is located next door to St Marys Rugby League Club, where guests can enjoy four restaurants, six bars, lounge areas, a sports bar, a vibrant outdoor terrace, function spaces and free entertainment. There is also a virtual video tour that showcases these facilities. Many of our guests enjoy the convenience of being able to access such a wide variety of family-friendly dining options within the club.After reviewing the casting concern with my team, I understand that the system itself was working correctly, however the third-party app you were attempting to use is unfortunately not supported on our newer technology. Our casting system is compatible with popular services such as Netflix, Kayo, Disney+, Prime, Stan, Foxtel and YouTube, and these continue to operate as expected. I do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.I do regret that our property was not quite what you were expecting.     Excellent large King room, with large bed and large bathroom, heaps off room. Streaming available on TV is great idea, made watching TV a good idea. Close to St Mary’s leagues club, heaps of restaurants to choose from, great meals too. Would stay again.

    On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff , check in was a breeze.Under cover parking.Our room was so clean with two types of pillows on the bed the pillows were super big and the bed was comfy.Plenty of bathroom amenities the only thing I would like to see is a larger bar fridge with a freezer.The room was very sound proof you wouldn’t know there were any ofOther guess.On level one there was a gym and a filtered drink station .Rooms were serviced every day.A one minute walk to the club next door with three restaurants.

    Highly recommend this accommodation, very clean and very friendly staff and very welcoming, I wouldn't stay anywhere else, all staff from the cleaners to the manager are all so friendly I have stayed here alot of times and this is the only place I stay, they never disappoint

    Impressed by the friendly reception, and ample parking space. The hotel is relatively new, clean and the bedrooms are big. There's a McDonald's within walking distance for a. convenient bite. Only downside it is a bit far from the highway. Otherwise it will be perfect.
