  Filthy, health and safety risk should be shut down

  From the very beginning, the booking was a nightmare. What was advertised as a clean, retro-style place in a convenient location looked nothing like the photos online.When I checked in, the employee—who was also working at the bar—charged $534 from my account without explanation. After I showed my physical itinerary, the amount was eventually refunded, but the situation was very concerning.The room itself was filthy. The carpet was heavily soiled, old, and looked like it had never been properly cleaned. The deadlock on my door was broken, which made me feel unsafe. The bathroom appeared as though it had not been cleaned at all. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room.The linen looked unwashed and had holes in it that resembled cigarette burns. Overall, the condition of the property was unacceptable and far below what was advertised.Do yourself a favour do not stay here.

  Unsafe accommodation, don't go!

  I've never felt so unsafe in accommodation in all my life! At 2:35am I was woken from a deep sleep by someone unlocking & opening my door. Thank goodness I had the chain lock on the door. But how the hell was someone else able to access my room?! I wasn't able to get back to sleep after that as I feared for the safety of myself & my 2 young children with me. Made for a very long & dangerous 5 hour drive home on minimal sleep. The only thing this place has going for it is it's location. The shower has next to no water pressure & the water was either really hot or really cold. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! The band playing in the pub was crap! Management don't even have the decency to respond to my concerns about the safety of the rooms. Don't waste your money!

  Excellent location with onsite parking. Room was clean and comfortable with early check in from 11.00am a bonus. A very short walk to Westfield. We stayed on a Saturday night which was a litlle noisy with a band playing somewhere until 1.30 am. There are multiple bars downstairs to choose from.

  Staff were lovely room was not! Very run down, shower was a trickle of water, couldn’t have air con on if you wanted to shut the curtains, definitely did not look like the pictures advertised would not stay there again definitely not value for money

  A night to remember for all the wrong reasons.

  Where to start; Shoebox size room, room dirty, bathroom grungy, shower pathetic.We were warned about a live band till 11pm but was not told about the doof doof till 3am. Steak dinner overcooked and chewy.
