The hotel has 630 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 14 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.     Room Experience Feedback – Below Expected 5-Star Standard

    The stay did not meet 5-star expectations. While the hotel was generally functional, several aspects of the room and service fell short, including bathroom design and amenities, in-room consumables, and comfort level. Overall, the experience would be better aligned with a mid-range property rather than a 5-star hotel.

    Attended the Hyatt Sydney for my mothers 70th birthday celebration. The room was wonderful, staff efficient and friendly, nothing was too hard and all staff were very quick to be helpful and offer an exceptional service. Rooftop bar was the same. I encountered several staff interactions and every single member was helpful and friendly and approachable. Had a wonderful time.
