    Great stay. Room 520. We were upgraded Perfect. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast is fine and the staff friendly and engaging It’s our place to go

    The location is very nice, a short walk from Mascot station, and all sights and attractions are not far away. Airport shuttle brings you to the airport. From domestic terminal you can even walk here, or go with a short ride on a public bus.The room is quite small, the bathroom even smaller. Bed is comfy, so for us it was perfect as we spent the days anyways in the city or surrounding. Staff is super-friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not the top-super one, but all necessary things were there. I loved the mushrooms and the Guava juice.We will be back :-)

    I have stayed at many Accor hotels throughout the world, and I should have known that for just under AUD$230 (incl parking) it might not be great. Check in was easy, but the bed was too soft for my liking. The room was also showing its age. Very dissappointed with the restaurant, food was limited in choice, mostly indian cuisine, and with plastic chairs I would describe it as one step above a second class shopping mall. The only advantage was the proximity to the airport, but spend the extra and stay at Rydges opposite international T1. I think this is the only poor rating I have given any hotel/motel, sorry.

    Basic accommodations are fine but hair in the bathroom, makeup and stains on the bathroom walls and a dark brown viscous stain on the bed skirt is not acceptable! Even worse when I told the front desk the 50-60 year old woman behind the desk just stared at me , did not apologize and then when I walked away ( but still in site) she snickered to her young co-worker making fun of me “complaining “. I worked in the service industry for years. No part of this stay or the staff was acceptable!!!!!

    Breakfast only but very poor and dirty dining room. We popped in for breakfast which cost a lot of money but most choices were empty or dry. Every table had dirty plates etc and there was no attempt by anyone to clear them away. Really poor experience
