    Thankful am i to the Manager who’s name is Ron for making my business trip stay at La Maison Boutique Hotel a five star experience🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 each morning i enjoyed the Continental Breakfast that came as part of my bookin also thank you also to the his A One Hospitality Staff

    Very disappointed! Only plus was a short walk to Echo point & a small chocolate cafe. Arrived & no one in sight at reception. After some time I called the hotel number. Host had gone into town but left no note. After 20 minutes, we got a dump of a room. Tiny room like a dorm, uncomfortable double bed & pillow. We paid $170 AUD!Hotel gives pics of several nice looking rooms for much less. Breakfast included was a joke. Large unheated room, cereal, coffee, bread, apples & yogurt. Worse than a skimpy US breakfast.

    We stayed 5 days (4 nights) and could not fault any service. The owner Ron was available 24/7 and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The locality is very central to everything. Rooms are very clean and with underground parking very handy. Continental breakfast was excellent. We recommend this accommodation.

    Room was basic but comfortable and clean. Small bar fridge and table with 2 chairs. Lovely shower. Close to main attractions and on good bus route.Toast and spread for breakfast included as well as cereal and an apple.Host at front desk very pleasant.

    I read some reviews which were critical of this hotel. I am surprised and think that some people have nothing better to do than complain over the most trivial and unimportant matters. We found the hotel very comfortable and clean. The bathroom looked newly renovated. The undercover parking was excellent. There was adequate staff. The continental breakfast was included and was perfectly acceptable. I have nothing to complain about.
