105 rooms are located on 28 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Very convenient location and great service. I had a very spacious apartment which I didn’t expect - it had living room full kitchen and washing machine dryer. The bed was very comfortable and shower hot. Shower pressure was a little low but nothing too concerning. Breakfast was included and was ok. Nothing to rave about but appreciated for ease.     We did not expect to have a full size fridge freezer standing in the living room. The sofa bed springs were so bad it was like sleeping in a hammock. The kitchen sink leaked. There was a square patch in the living room carpet that had been mended. So obvious. The dining chairs were all broken - too old. The door of the under counter fridge no longer attached to the cupboard door (integrated). Yes, we had 2 fridges in the living room! The dryer machine in bathroom is from another century - we did not use it. Disappointing hotel room. Not as the photos online. Needs a full update and new furnitures. Nasty smell on ground floor near the lifts every day. Gutter or trash smell? Beware as lift no 2 shudders and shakes which is scary - our room was on 22nd floor. Upon arrival, vomit at front of the building which stayed there (was not cleaned up) during our 5 days stay. Only positive was that all the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful.     A very comfortable hotel, close to the Queen Victoria Building and State Theatre, George and Pitt Street mall shopping

    A comfortable room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Being on the 25th floor meant no balcony nor opening windows but there was a good view of the Australian Maritime Museum and a limited view of Cockle Bay.The rooms on the floors up to level 9 have the option of a balcony, and we will consider booking an executive suite next time on these lower level floors.At time of stay the hotel advised daily housekeeping was available if requested. As we only stayed for two nights, the lack of daily housekeeping was not an issue for us.     Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and well priced, they have a promotion to pre-book upon check-in at a cheaper price. They also have Chromecast on the TV's now - convenient to steaming Netflix shows straight from my phone.     Had a great stay. The rooms were excellent. I particularly liked the new fridges and bathroom size Staff was wonderful from the reception to housekeeping.
