    Good quality, modern hotel 10 mins' walk with luggage to/from the domestic terminals

    This is our go-to hotel when needing to catch a flight from Sydney domestic terminal the next morning. Modern, clean, Reception Desk manned 24/7, a good reliable bar and bistro on the ground floor next to Reception (with take-away available from the bistro if you want to eat in your room).Though close to the airport, all rooms and their windows appear to have at least double glazing, so getting a good night's sleep is assured. The building is solidly built, with very little noise coming from near by rooms (or above).The hotel used to be 7 mins' walk with luggage on flat concrete pathways to the domestic terminals but with the construction of the new flyovers for traffic blocking the old pedestrian footpath shortcuts, it's now a 10 min walk - not the hotel's fault!     Fine hotel handy to airport

    The hotel is located about 15 min walk from sydney domestic terminal. An easy walk if you have no luggage or light ones. there is also a shuttle bus to both domestic and international terminals. The hotel itself is fine for a one night stay. a restaurant and bar downstairs provide good options for food and beverage. Our room was fine with the necessary amenities.     Norfolk Island and Tasmania 2026

    We had an overnight at Sydney on our way to Hobart Tasmania after spending a week on Norfolk Island.This hotel is convenient to both the Internation Terminal and the Domestic Terminals.Reception was friendly and helpful. The room is on the smaller side but comfortable. Very clean.Adequate bathroom and toilet with soaps, shampoos and conditioner, hairdryer but no shower caps for the ladies or make-up removal cloths and no hand towel. The bed was very comfortable, TV and Air-conditioning but room was like a fridge on arrival.Very basic coffee and tea making. Had to boil jug by window or in the bathroom, one small jug, two mugs, one teaspoon and 4 milks.We had dinner in the hotels restaurant which was very nice but service was very slow for orders but food came quickly. As Silver Accor members we received complimentary drinks too. Just one each and from a list.The shuttle was $12 each to domestic but worth it. If you are young and fit you could walk it.Overall the stay was pleasant and I think fair for price.     At the end of a work travel week where it all went pretty pear-shaped…

    I arrived wet and knackered at 9pm. My travel agent had muffed the booking, and I was well and truly out of steam. Manager Raihan took it all in his stride - calm, competent and kind. While he sorted the mess of my booking, Katie and team in the kitchen rustled up a very tasty fish of the day, found me a comfy corner and ignored me dripping rainwater on the furniture. So nice to be treated with genuine kindness at a busy airport hotel. Room was modern, quiet and clean. Great pillows. Highly recommended!     It is 38 degrees outside and we want to relax downstairs in the bar restaurant but it is stinky hot . It seems no Aircon is on or working. Very uncomfortable.
