  Great place for a family and has great value for money! The location is great if you are looking for a place close to Darling Harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful.   Great location and excellent value for apartment in the city. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.   Very Disappointed.

  Great view, good service BUT..... rusty pan in the kitchen (which I needed for self catering), sockets falling off the wall, cracks and what looked like mould in parts of the room. Someone else's top in the wardrobe..... The room was not checked properly before I stayed and it was in severe need of maintenance. As soon as you notified Reception, we ensured that both our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams conducted a full review of the apartment. We are very sorry that this occurred, particularly as the room should have been thoroughly inspected prior to your arrival.Please accept our apologies for the condition of the kitchenware, the maintenance concerns such as loose sockets and visible wear, and the oversight with items left in the wardrobe.   For the price and location, amenity, it is acceptable but I would not want to stay again unless they do renovation. The room needs some renovation and furniture needs to be update, too.   I stayed in one of the exec apartments that overlook the harbour with the loft bed and expansive views. While a little rough around the edges, the apartment has heaps of space and light and that view is absolutely spectacular. Although I didn’t need to use all the facilities in the room, it had all you would need too.
