  Probably won’t book this property again

  Good hotel close to china town

  bathroom sink was a bit outdated with slow drainage but in general everything else was fine.   Quiet location slightly out of CBD. Lovely 10-15 min walk into town. Rooms were basic but sufficient. Cleanliness was ok, although carpet had lots of stains on it.I was a little disappointed with breakfast as the quality of food was also average and different to the pictures on display. Car park was convenient but a little dirty and smelly. Many of our guests appreciate being able to enjoy a quieter suburban street while still having easy access to Sydney’s restaurants, attractions and shopping areas.It is also good to know that you found the room comfortable and generally clean, although I am sorry to hear your concerns regarding the condition of the carpet. Your feedback has been noted and we will review this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, as we are continually working on refreshing areas of the hotel to improve the overall presentation of our rooms.I am also disappointed to read that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. Our restaurant normally offers a full hot buffet breakfast, and we certainly aim to deliver a quality experience that reflects what guests see in our promotional material. Your comments have been shared with our food and beverage team so they can review the presentation and quality of the offering.Thank you as well for mentioning the convenience of the parking, although I am sorry to hear that the condition of the car park was not as pleasant as it should be.   Great breakfast setting

  It was a little out of the way, staff weren’t welcoming and the balcony was grubby. However it was the cheapest accommodation I could find for Sydney over $300 a night. In particular, I regret that you did not feel our staff were as welcoming as they should have been.
