  Enjoyed my stay. Location was really great, bed comfy, having a little balcony was great as well. Parking was handy. A little noise from the downstairs gym in the early hours of the morning was unfortunate. Please allow me to explain that this policy is in place to ensure the hotel remains a quiet, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests. As many of our guests stay for rest and extended periods, we aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere where everyone can relax without disruption.I’m also very sorry to hear that your friend felt unwelcome. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave, and I will be addressing this with the team to ensure all policies are communicated in a friendly and respectful manner.Regarding the mattress, we appreciate your feedback. I would like to mention that all of our beds and mattresses have recently been replaced with brand new Ultra Plush Sealy beds, and we have received very positive feedback overall.   Great location shops near by, we were visiting family so it was excellent for us as far as location.Basic set up, but clean rooms.   Stayed at Metro Hotel Miranda whilst visiting family in the area.Great location close to shopping centre, train station and restaurants. Staff at the hotel were very friendly.As I was due to arrive after normal reception hours, I was asked to send my ID and credit card information prior to my arrival, as per the hotels policy. I received an email giving details for accessing the room key from the safe outside the main doors.The next morning I went to reception to complete my check in.The room was large with a balcony, there was a king size bed and a single bed in the room. The bathroom was clean, but could do with an update as the shower enclosure was showing signs of rust.There was a kettle, microwave and fridge in the room.I had a comfortable stay for the 12 nights I was there.
