    I stayed here to see the Oasis gig. The hotel is very nice - absolutely excellent 4 star offering. The lobby was being refurbished while we were there but room was very clean and comfortable and bathroom clean with nice products. I found the bed to be very comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and you could order a barista coffee. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.The location was excellent - right in central Parramatta close to bars and restaurants. There were free buses to the gig at the Olympic stadium which were convenient. I can’t think of a single negative point about this place! Highly recommended for business or attending an event in Partamatta.     Here is a well-written but firm review you can use:---**Review:**I was very disappointed with my recent stay at PARKROYAL Parramatta. From the moment we arrived, the hotel lacked any welcoming atmosphere. The lobby and common areas felt dull, and the overall vibe was far from inviting.The room itself was not appealing at all. The décor and furniture are clearly outdated and in need of refurbishment. The colours, layout, and overall finish made the room feel tired and uninspiring. This is certainly not what you would expect from a hotel in this price range.We also had access to the Club Lounge, which was another letdown. The space felt poorly maintained and the offering was very limited — not worth the upgrade by any means. The service was also underwhelming, adding to the overall disappointment.Unfortunately, the experience did not improve during our stay, and we ended up checking out early and moving to another hotel nearby. Based on this experience, I would not recommend PARKROYAL Parramatta. There are far better options in the area with much better ambience, service, and value for money.     Been going to Park Royal last 6 or so years might have to find a cheaper hotel as i find the room rates have risen considerably.     Prices NOT as advertised, RUDE duty manager

    Visited many times for monthly meeting with colleagues, in the restaurant/bar, we spend substantial money. Parked downstairs, advertised $25 per stay which requires validation at front desk, sometimes reduced to $10. This time we were there for five hours, dinner and drinks for seven. Front desk refused to validate ticket "you must pay hourly rate". Three different staff gave three different prices, but the rude duty manager (11pm on a Sunday), refused to discuss validation that was advertised and previously provided, and insisted on hourly rate = $60. The issue I have is the unprofessional and dishonest conduct, and refusal to honour advertised rates.     Mind you this is coming from a someone who’s visited this place multiple times and so has my work matesAbsolutely the worst experience ever!!The management is one of the rudest ive seen so far!Bayley the “manager” putting the organisations name down the drain.Firstly providing misinformation and then not abiding by the information that was given by his own staff. Instead rudely behaving with a customer is the last thing you expect.Stale food ( which they dont fix)Mediocre room hygienePathetic Management staffAnd extra hidden charges without consent.Best stay at another one of the hotels nearby.
