Location

Found alongside Sydney's famous Harbour Bridge, the hotel is adjacent to The Rocks, Sydney's oldest historical district. A private pontoon provides the perfect launching pad to explore Sydney's harbour. The Opera House, Circular Quay and harbour side dining are just a five-minute walk away. Sydney city centre is around 500 m from the hotel, and Sydney Airport is approximately 15 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 131 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Wonderful location, excellent team members. Cuisine is top notch. Right on the harbour and close to Circular Quay. Will return again. Shout out to Nick at the restaurant always obliging and professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    just wanted to write a few words to express the outstanding service we received from Neo in Pier dining, when I came with my husband and sister for dinner on Monday night. Pier 1 is our favorite Hotel and we try and get there as often as we can. Neo in Pier Dining was just wonderful, kind, and polite. He went out of his way to explain the menu and make sure we enjoyed our dinner.Secondly, Ivan is such a lovely man, whenever we come in there he has always done his best to help my husband and I. I came last year to buy a voucher for my god son and his fiance to either use at the bar or pier dining and Ivan was just outstanding as is Eugene!

    The hotel is located near Harbour Bridge , cozy hotel and you can feel the building's long history ,Unique and distinctive. Thank you, Mr. Panyakorn Nettip (NEX) - Night Manager in creating a first impression and throughout the process, he provided attentive and professional care with excellent service. And thank you to Mr. Adam and restaurant team are excellent service with relax atmosphere breakfast . Thank you to make me a great memorable trip in Sydney.

    A good but not great experience. The location is outstanding. The rooms to a high standard. Let down by inexperienced restaurant staff. Food going to wrong tables, drinks forgotten, not knowing the table we were sitting at when paying - even though she had served us all evening. The classic - serving our sides for dinner and asking if we needed anything else? How about our Mains. Good experience overall despite this.
