    It’s a 2 room apartment twin beds. Perfect for our needs. Kitchenette is completely equipped w pots and pans, cutleries, plates, bowls, cups, knife, chopping board, spatulas etc. very well stocked. What surprises us was:Ironing board, washer, dryer, oven, toaster, fridge, mini bar, microwave and lastly - dish washer with detergent and sink with dish washing liquid, cloth and sponge! We are very impressed. Also the environment is serene and quiet. Nearby there’s a coles and a metro that we can take to town or airport. I must say it is a nice hotel cum apartment. Cleaning done every 2-3 days which is good. We had a living room with coffee table, sofa enough for 3 of us, coffee table, balcony in both rooms with table and chair. Also a mini study room table. I like it as an apartment we can do our laundry and cooking. Yet there’s a cleaning and throwing out trash and change of towels. Perhaps the rates can be better because if it’s for 2 person, staying in nearby hotel is cheaper. Thank you. Overall I like the place, the staff service.     Very clean and great location in Norwest . Rooms had kitchen and washing machine which was handy . Rooms were very clean. Beds comfortable. Parking wasn't a problem.     Fab stopover!

    Estates a night while going through Sydney. Very modern very near Metro and shops: restaurants. We were given a little upgrade from the very lovely and helpful Tatiana. Great apartment with all you need. Short walk to shops. There is a restaurant there too. Parking is $25 but we parked free on the street. Very happy!     Enjoyed our stay at Punthill Apartment Hotels | Norwest for 3 weeks.VERY good air-conditioning. Could not have slept without it.Mattresses a bit stained but beds very comfortable and nice clean white linen with fantastic soft pillows.Adequate plug points.Excellent staff. Friendly cleaners and front-line staff very helpful. Anything we asked for they tried their best to provide.Fantastic location for easy 5 minute walk to the Metro underground. Travelled into Sydney many times at a reasonable cost. Great shopping centre with large supermarket and MANY cafés, also 5 minutes’ walk, along a beautiful footpath.This would not be an honest review if I did not mention the negatives even though they were not a game changer for us;Cutlery lacking for example, no scissors or paring knife, plus.Coffee ‘machine’ rather a waste of much needed counter space.Had an issue with bathroom floor flooding but the problem was very intermittent. The water was coming out the bottom of the wall (between floor and wall tiles opposite the toilet) and on our first night the floor was totally flooded. I did report it but at the time we didn’t realise it was coming out the wall and it was so intermittent someone would have to use the shower multiple times to see it happen.The curtain wand for the blackout blinds in the bedroom so high I had to climb on the desk to close the curtains at night.Very disappointed at the unreasonable cost of on-site parking which was almost empty for the duration of our stay. Overall however, we were still happy with the accommodation and would highly recommend Punthill Apartment Hotels | Norwest.     Comfortable and well presented hotel. Price for accommodation is reasonable for standard of the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel has chosen to gouge it's customers on the car park. Under previous ownership the car parking was free..Now it is an extortionate $25 a night ..seriously!
