    Stains on curtains and carpet. And overly inflexible with request for cancellation due to illness when returning from overseas travel.     I am happy with the location and comfortable room. Facilities presented well and the king bed was comfy. Being able to leave the car while on my international trip is a real bonus. Breakfast and shuttle were included in my package. I would only say that the elevator in my wing was a little noisy and jolty. Thank you Silkari!     Room was neat, tidy and clean, bathroom a little small, but was quite big enough for us. Beds were very comfy and Continental breakfast was good so was the use of a microwave to heat up food.
