    One simple important thing ruined the stay

    Room was clean, kitchen was well equipped but one of the twin bed mattress' was awful. The bad mattress meant that it ruined the stay. It was thin, no padding and squeaked when you turned over. I could feel the springs. By the time I realised just how bad it was it was too late at night to notify staff.

    I chose this hotel as I need to be put into accomodation for week from my insurance company as my house wasn’t liveable and the hotel staff were fantastic. They made my feel so comfortable.     Nice room. Below average communication & resolution response. Shouldn’t be so hard to book and pay for a room and then actually get the rate you booked online. Check your bank statements!
