    Great location, uncomfortable bed, service needed improvement

    Staff were friendly, but not effective or efficient in rectifying concerns.1/2 rooms was significantly outdated, not worth the price.King was not zippered, requested for it to be fixed, said they had, but they had not. Resulting in two nights of falling through the cracks in the bed.

    Good location amazing view on the top floor, Can See Sydney Opera House from your bedroom. Easy to walk around this area.

    Location of this hotel is great and the staff are pleasant. However the hotel is quite rundown, the carpet throughout the hotel is really old and need replacing. The bed sagged on one side and room servicing was hit and miss, no hairdryer on arrival but quickly supplied. Toilet rolls not replaced, tissues not topped up, glasses not washed and carpet not vacuumed whole stay as we saw same dirt every day on carpet. Bins not always empltied. Within some attention this hotel would be nice as the staff are pleasant and friendly on the front counter and hotel is in an excellent location in the rocks.

    Great place to stay right in the heart of the Rocks area, we checked in late after having to fly in from Melbourne, staff where very friendly when we arrived, room was just perfect for a one night stop over for us being this close to the overseas port terminal, would highly recommend to anyone doing the same as us . cheers

    Room was very tired and run down for the price. Location is fantastic if you are visiting the Rocks, Opera House, Circular Quay
