11 single rooms and 110 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 5 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed.     Good location, easy and friendly checkin. I got upgraded to a deluxe queen room which was nice. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. My only slight gripe was I was located next to the lifts and there was a tiny bit of noise once. More inconsiderate guests than the hotels fault. The breakfast was great.     I had an excellent second stay at the Song Hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish — the duty manager kindly accommodated an earlier check-in and even provided a complimentary room upgrade. Thank you, Bijas , for the warm hospitality and professionalism.The dining experience was also outstanding. The meals at the restaurant were memorable, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection with equally attentive service.The location is very convenient, only a five-minute walk to Museum train station, making it easy to get around.Overall, I genuinely could not fault anything during my stay and would happily return again.     Lovely hotel that ticked all my boxes. Centrally located with a short walk to the bus/train and close to Chinatown. Bed was very comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, spacious closet, good A/C, clean and quiet 5th floor room. Other nice touches: Well-rounded complimentary breakfast, free water station in the lobby and self serve laundry. Friendly staff, felt very safe as a solo traveler.
