The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks.     Great Service, But Aircraft Noise Affects Stay

    Thank you for the service . The staff were very kind and provided great service, which I truly appreciate.However, I was placed on the backside of the hotel, which initially seemed ideal as it avoided road traffic noise. Unfortunately, due to the hotel’s proximity to the airport, aircraft noise was quite noticeable. Planes were flying directly overhead, and the noise came through the windows frequently—from around 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.I understand that this is not something the hotel can control, and it is actually very convenient for guests who need quick access to the airport, especially for early flights or short business stays.That said, for leisure or relaxation purposes, this location may not be the best choice due to the aircraft noise. From my perspective, if I were travelling for leisure again, I would likely choose a different area rather than Mascot.Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and service. If I had an early flight, I would definitely consider staying again. Otherwise, for a relaxing trip, I would explore other options.Thank you again for your service.AhsanBooking ID: 1989417004

    Fantastic property, a true "apartment hotel".Very well appointed to reset and relax. Right at the airport so that is something to keep in mind if planes bother you. We frequently visit the "Plane Spotters Rooftop Bar" and also "Nates Restaurant". Great for meeting friends and family to get together. Well appointed apartments with full facilities makes the stay very comfortable. Friendly staff that always try to help make the stay enjoyable. Great hotel!     Poor communication, tried ringing phone number provided numerous times before being connected. Bedding was uncomfortable.
