Our Family had one of the best experiences we have had at any hotel before. The staff were authentic and extremely helpful leading up and during our stay.The rooms were extremely clean and my daughter enjoyed the special touches that were added at our stay. Luxury getaway

It’s not often my wife and I get to treat ourselves so when we had the opportunity I checked many of the 5 star hotels in Sydney before booking The Langham. And I’m happy we did. From check-in we were made to feel special. Our Deluxe city view room was spacious and comfortable and it had a welcoming feel to it. The Observatory Bar was a highlight - the bar itself is welcoming and the staff are knowledgeable. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or gym facilities (we only had one night) but we did tour the space and will make use of them in the future. If you’re looking for a nice getaway close to great restaurants and the historic Rocks area I highly recommend The Langham. Every staff member we encountered was warm, approachable, and courteous, which made the whole experience feel not only luxurious, but also incredibly comfortable and welcoming.Breakfast was another highlight — a really nice balance of buffet-style staples alongside made-to-order dishes, with both savoury and sweet options. It felt relaxed yet special at the same time.I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily return again. This experience has also made me want to try other Langham Hospitality Group hotels around the world in the future.
