    The hotel is well located and the rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are excellent- friendly, efficient and helpful. Very pleased with our stay - this is our second stay and we’re returning in September 😊

    Positive covid tests or not with 5 days notice No refunds!

    I must say that we selected this hotel because it looked beautiful and is in a great location.We did book through a third party and prepaid for 2 nights with no refunds.We were on a tour when my wife tested positive for Covid and received a confirmation letter from the Doctor.The tour dropped us immediately and we were left behind in Cairns at our hotel for the next 5 days.We totally understood having to leave the tour.I contacted the Sydney Harbour 5 days before our check in date explaining our situation and asking for a refund as my wife was ill and unfit to fly.I was told Covid is no longer a reason to receive a refund and we were welcome to come or not come. Either way no refunds.I wrote directly to the Hotel and included the Drs note with no luck.The third party we booked through also reached out to them with the same negative results.I guess it’s all about the $ and not the safety of the other guests at this place.If you just tested positive for Covid and are looking to stay in a Hotrl in Sydney you’ve come to the right place.

    Spacious Room and Good Stay Near Harbour

    YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites was one of the better hotels we booked in Sydney. We booked about a month in advance, and everything looked well managed. Because we booked early, we got a room with a separate bed and sofa area for a similar price to other small-room hotels — that probably made the stay feel better. The lobby area was nice, and the reception staff were professional. They also offered free coffee and cookies at the lobby, which was a pleasant touch. Check-in time is around 2 pm, so it’s good to plan your arrival accordingly. The staff kindly allowed us early check-in by about an hour. Similar to other YEHS hotels, they mentioned social media promotion, but they did not check before allocating the room. The staff were polite, helpful, and even kept our luggage safely when we arrived early. The location is very good – close to Pyrmont Bridge and the CBD area. It’s an good walk to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. The way to the CBD has a short uphill walk but is not difficult for most people. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient and pleasant area. (uploaded limited photo as others are avaiable on internet)

    My friend and I were visiting Sydney for the first time from Canada. On arrival, we were disappointed to learn that our room looked far from the photos online. It was evident that there was a lack of housekeeping in the suite. There were long black hairs in the shower, dust and grime in the grout of the shower, kitchen and bathroom, and dirt behind the nightstands. We expressed our concerns to reception who were attentive and shared they would provide a deep clean the following day. We returned to our suite after a busy day to find that not only had the suite not been deep cleaned, but not cleaned at all. The hotel is in a great location although due to the overall cleanliness would not recommend.
