    YEHS Hotel is very conveniently located. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet with a generous sized bathroom. The welcome package of fruit and chocolates was an unexpected bonus.I would have no hesitation in booking there again or recommending it to others.

    We highly recommend this budget friendly hotel, located opposite to iconic Queen Victoria Building, close to excellent public transport: train stop: Town Hall. Small but clean and well kept rooms with all amenities. Nice comfortable bathroom. We had a very quiet room with no view. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Disappointed by the hotel,first had to pay a deposit on the room to cover ???? , not had it refunded yet though we took photos showing all item left and no damage ( I’m 75) . Small room,bed pushed up against the wall so when I needed the bathroom at3am I had to climb out over the bed disturbing my wife . We thought it expensive but it is central to Sydney .

    DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The photos online are a complete scam. They advertise a bright and welcoming environment, but the reality is a pitch-black, incredibly eerie, and sinister building. The entire atmosphere of the hotel was just bizarre and profoundly unsettling—it literally felt like walking straight into a horror movie.My room was an absolute nightmare. The TV was broken, stuck on, and could not be turned off at all. Coupled with the extremely creepy vibes and unexplained, disturbing noises echoing from the dark corridors, it was psychologically distressing and impossible to stay in.When I immediately went to the reception to request a room change, the staff were incredibly dismissive and completely unapologetic. They told me they were "fully booked" and offered zero solutions, later even having the audacity to blame me for complaining!Because the environment was so abnormal, unsafe, and uninhabitable, I was FORCED to pack my bags and flee the property at 11 PM in the middle of the night. I had to pay out of my own pocket for a much more expensive hotel nearby just to escape that horrible place. I DID NOT STAY A SINGLE NIGHT.Both the hotel and Agoda are now refusing a refund. Save your money, your sanity, and your safety—stay far, far away from this creepy and deceptive place!

    Great visit to Sydney at the YEHS QV building.

    Spent 4 nights at the YEHS hotel across the road from the Queen Victoria building and it was a most enjoyable experience. I have stayed in this hotel in the past in 2019 and I was very happy with this second visit. The room on the executive level was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. There was a nice sized bathroom and a mini fridge as well as tea and coffee making facility. It was very clean. I had a view of the Queen Victoria building so was very pleased with this bonus. There is a customer service area on the first floor with a pod coffee machine, tea bags, sugar, milk, biscuits and a microwave for guests to use. The hotel does not offer breakfast but there are so many cafes nearby that this is not a problem.
