    We had a great time and the food and service was next level. We had a great time viewing the penguins and so close to the beach. Heaps on onsite parking too

    Basis motel - you get what you pay for - rooms clean bathrooms tiny - unnecessary third bed meant room meant felt very cramped. Breakfast adequate but no fresh fruit options.

    The receptionist went out of her way to ensure our rooms were ready early and helpful with letting us know what was in the area. Room was clean, plenty of room, great view

    Fantastic location across the road from the waterfront and just out the door to the city centre, close to restaurants. An older hotel which is very well maintained, with lovely staff. Would not hesitate to book here if in Burnie

    Delightful hotel opposite the waterfront where the Surf Life Saving Club was located. Easy walk to the Little Penguin Observation Centre. Fabulous restaurant Bayviews also just across the Road. Wonderful staff too!
