Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms

    Amazing wildlife, Rooms need updating

    We booked a superior apartment beachview with spa bath. The view from the master bedroom was amazing, bed comfortable, however, it was disappointing that the spa bath was broken and didn't work and the shower is small. The wildlife on the property was amazing.

    Dirty room, floor hadn't been swept let alone mopped, the windows were filthy, walls around the bin hadn't been cleaned. Our room wasn't even ready when we checked in (well after 2pm). Room didnt match the photos of the room i booked. The manager is VERY rude, yelling and arguing with us about the room when we brought it to her attention. She was not interested in helping us at all and refused to give any of our money back, as we just couldn't stay in those conditions.

    We arrived and paid for a 3 night stay checked into the room to find it to be very dirty and not what were shown in the photos when booked we left and found different accommodation since requested a refund to be very much abused,refused and argued with by Jenny the manger would definitely not recommend this place to anyone

    Great dinner at Diamond Island Resort

    We stopped for a lovely dinner at Diamond Island Resort. Alice was so gracious with all guests as she served as wait staff/concierge and front desk person. She was so enthusiastic as she led the penguin tour-even though no penguins participated tonight. Thank you!

    Lovely location and the ability to see penguins come in at night is an absolute highlight. The resort is well appointed and the staff were lovely. The rooms have lots of space and all the usual amenities. I do feel it’s a bit bland, but maybe that’s what people want in accommodation. There are also dozens of rabbits in the open space which makes for great entertainment if you grab a wine or beer and sit on your balcony and enjoy!
